- cleaned up tags:
  - no more dashes in the tags
  - introduced generic tags, which are used by the generic views
  - introduced concept of some overrides that are semi-private and really only used by the generic views
  - removed the old able: tags
- Made JpaCrudService actually call persist() for update
- using my an actual password for some sample data (both SQL and object-based)
- put in some demo i18n keys
- removed unused maven modules
- reformatted pom to not use windows linebreaks

all sorts of fun stuff:
- upgrade to spring 2.0 final nightly build 33
- using a single datasource defined from spring in config.xml
- introduced Able-style actions+forms using custom tag library
- clean URLs (though no restful URLs)
- introduced basic security (@Secure)
- introduced sitemesh partial annotation (@Partial)
- turned off failing JapInjectionTest (don't know why it is failing)
- turned off compass support (though Jeurgen tells me it should still work, even though it throws a weird error)
- moved JSPs to /WEB-INF/jsp
- introduced upgrade framework and turned off auto schema creation
- added a nice little JettyServer class that makes launching Able super easy
- removed models that I didn't know what to do with (Attachment, Bug, Team, etc) - will bring back once we have a solid plan for what we're doing with Able
- still don't know what to do with the CRUD/codegen stuff - is it needed? How can we use the CRUD stuff without the codegen stuff?
- removed LoadDatabaseService in favor of the SQL version, though both could probably co-exist
